Sherika Thomas-Miller is a Licensed Professional Counselor serving individuals in Alabama and Virginia. She provides compassionate, evidence-based counseling to adolescents, adults, and older adults, supporting emotional wellness, balance, and personal growth.

She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Certificate in Addictions Counseling from Troy University-Montgomery, and a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.

With over a decade of experience in social services, Sherika has worked across a variety of settings, including the State of Alabama Drug Court and chemical dependency programs. She has extensive experience providing both individual and group counseling.

Her approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). She works collaboratively with clients to build practical tools, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful, lasting change.
